The diploma work consists of several main parts: research of personal effectiveness techniques, research and testing of services based on productivity techniques, market analysis, analysis of competitors and potential audience, building hypotheses and ideas for an improved life coaching service. The result of the thesis was UI / UX design of the service, creation of its identity, prototype, testing, and eventually development of the front and backend parts of The Back in balance service.
