Investigator as a Participant in the Criminal Process

The final qualifying work is devoted to the criminal procedural relationships that are formed by the investigator in the course of criminal proceedings with other participants in the process. Attention is paid to the analysis of the norms regulating the status of an investigator in the Russian Federation. The problem of determining the functions of the investigator, as well as the views of various scientists that relate to the elements of the procedural status of the investigator, is considered. In this study we investigated and analyzed the historical legal documents of contemporary normative legal acts, court decisions and other sources.
