Special Types of Fraud and Problems of their Qualification

This work is aimed at a comprehensive system analysis of the criminal qualification of special types of fraud. The study establishes the criteria for distinguishing between special types of fraud and the general offence of fraud, as well as related crimes. The problem of a multiple offences , as well as the problem of constructing sanctions, is considered. Also in this work, the problems of applying special types of fraud related to lack of elaboration and contradictions with the provisions of the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation were examined. As a result, suggestions were made to improve the criminal law establishing liability for special fraud compositions.
