Offshore Companies in Private International Law

In this paper, we will study the nationality and personal status of offshore companies, areas of international struggle against offshore companies, the practice of fighting international organizations with offshore companies, the practice of dealing with offshore companies in Russia, and current and outdated schemes for tax evasion or tax reduction using offshore companies , will also be given their own opinion on these issues.
