The signature reflects the artist’s attitude towards him/herself. The purpose of my research is to trace the psychology behind marking pictures. Autographs of artists were united into groups: signature - portrait, monogram, integration into the picture, symbol, fake signature and classic autograph. Pictures in each group are distributed in chronological order.
