This research paper will address the topic of improving logistics coordination in Case of Supplier Relationship Management in Schlumberger. The purpose of the study is to develop a set of measures for its improvement. The research will include methods of theoretical scientific knowledge based on earlier research in the chosen topic and empirical methods of observation and comparison performed in a leading oilfield service company Schlumberger. As a result of the study, a system of recommendations will be developed to improve logistics coordination in the form of a set of recommendations both within the framework of the selected business process in general, and for Schlumberger separately. It can be an effective tool for building favorable relationships between employees and suppliers.
