The Master's dissertation is devoted to ways to ensure safety at sporting events, both existing and planned, as well as the problems of regulatory regulation of these methods. The work comprehensively studied modern theoretical issues in ensuring safety at sports events, evaluated their practical implementation at sports facilities, and based on the analysis, it was proposed to improve the regulatory framework for this area.
