The migration crisis of 2015 changed the views of EU member states on supranational processes not only on migration issues, but also on the very existence of the EU. Currently, migration flows are strictly controlled, and we can say that the European Union has overcome the migration crisis, but there is still a problem of adapting migrants to the society. The migration crisis was held in 2015, there have been no studies on the adaptation of migrants into society of the European Union. In order to close the gap we will identify theoretical approaches to the problem of integration of migrants into society in the host country. Also, we will conduct comparative analysis of measures to adapt migrants to society implemented in Germany and Italy and we will provide the main scenarios for overcoming the consequences of the migration crisis in the EU countries (Germany and Italy). The purpose of this study is to analyze the features of adaptation of migrants into the society in the EU on the examples of Italy and Germany, which are mostly affected by the migration crisis The methodological basis of this work consists of general scientific empirical and theoretical research methods. Special attention was paid to the study of scientific articles, international documents and treaties. As a result, we will get a complete comparative analysis of the adaptation programs of Italy and Germany and also understand how these countries coping with the large number of migrants in their countries. The analysis from this work can be used for analytical work on the migration issue in the EU.
