This work describes the principles of operation of the blockchain platforms such as Telegram Open Network, Libra and Minter. Also, a study was conducted on the prospects for the impact of these platforms on the financial system, as well as other digital assets, such as the Digital Currencies of Central Banks and the prospects for their introduction into mass use.
