Legal Regulation of Student's Sports: the Experience of Russia and Foreign Countries

This paper deals with the problems of legal regulation of student sports in the Russian Federation, a comparative study of the legal regulation of student sports in Russia and foreign countries, as well as the issue of globalization of University sports and its significance for the legal regulation of the student sports movement in Russia. The purpose of this work is to define the system of basic legal acts regulating student sports as part of mass sports in the Russian Federation, as well as to identify certain areas for improving the legislative regulation of student sports based on its definition as part of the world student sports movement. Results: identified the system of normative acts regulating the area of student activities, associated student legislative regulation of sports in Russia, USA, Italy, proposed solutions to the challenges facing legal regulation of University sports in the Russian Federation.
