This master's thesis is a theoretical research for the digital project 'Not Forever'. It is devoted to special characteristics of interaction between curator, manager and producer working on a cultural project. The aim of this thesis is to describe the scheme of this interaction and define functional zones of curator and manager within the framework of institutional and non-institutional project. The first chapter analyses theoretical sources of information about special features of the process of production and coordination of cultural projects. The second chapter consists of scrupulous description of the 'Not Forever' creative project. The thesis also defines the role of the producer in planning, production and launching this particular project.
