In this work, it was examined how cultural diversity affects the outcome of the team and to what extent the experience of the coach affects the size of the effect of cultural diversity on the outcome of the team. The data used includes information on the clubs of 5 football leagues: Premier League, RPL, LaLiga, Ligue 1 and Serie 1. The study also assessed how the national league affects performance. Consequently, 6 regression models were built, the first of which is based on all data, and the remaining 5 models for each league separately. As a result, in this work, it was revealed that cultural diversity affects the results of the team, and the experience of the coach also affects the size of the effect of cultural diversity on the result of the team. Moreover, results for each league are different, which confirms the influence of leagues on the result of the team.
