The present study examines the relationship between the optimal composition of the Director's Board and such financial indicators of the organization as ROA and P/B using regression analysis. The research is based on data on the financial performance of American companies included in the S&P100 rating, as well as on the qualitative characteristics of the Director`s Board for the period from 2016 to 2018. The nature of the relationship and the most significant indicators of the Director`s Board that affect the company's financial position were identified. In general, this study has shown that the largest impact on the financial performance of the company has the amount of remuneration for Board members, as well as the average age of directors. The expected results will be of scientific interest to scientists who study the structure of the Director’s Board and how it affects the financial productivity of the firm.
