The present research focuses on the analysis of the results of the distribution of “presidential” grants in the Russian Federation. The goal is to create a product that visualizes the relationships between grantees in Russian realities. The first chapter describes the specifics of the grant system in the Russian Federation and open data on NPOs. The second chapter describes the algorithm of the software in Python for collecting and processing grant data and searching for related grantees. We made an interactive graph of NGOs relations based on the data.
