The age from 13 to 19 years also called as teenage age is supposed to be connected with physical and emotional changes happening to a person. The present project aimed to investigate the problems adolescent people have today based on a unique survey and create a comic book for teenagers raising up the most crucial issues found. Participants of the survey were 73 teenagers (mostly female) from 11 to 18 years old who were asked to answer the questions about their relations with family, friends and themselves. Results of the study show that the most common problems today’s teenagers face are pressure about the future and exams; problems with relationships with other people, insecurities and low self-esteem; a strong need of independence and problems in a parent-child relationship. As a result, there were created three types of narratives which are later supposed to be transferred into a published self-drawn comic book with a planned production.
