Factors in Competiton in Socal Service Procurement

Encouraging the competition between non-state organizations which take part in the public procurement process becomes an essential part of social policy development in Russia. This research is aimed at investigating key factors which encourage competition in the sphere of social services purchasing. The study will be conducted by creating a non-linear logistic model of regression which will allow to reveal the direction of dependence of various factors and the competition on the market under study. The results that will be obtained during the process of research could be implied to changing the policy-making process to the better.
