The issue of the screen time negative impact has been much discussed among psychologists and designers in recent years. It is a problem on the global level but is still far from the wide social discussion. Firstly, this work is aimed to find out the causations of this situation and who is in charge, how it affects our everyday life, and find the methods of improving it. After that the project focuses on designing a digital product to help people be aware of screen time downfalls, tracking this time and getting helpful insights about their digital wellbeing. To do this, the topic of attention hygiene in the digital era was explored. We will employ content analysis and quantitative research in collecting and analyzing the data. The results of the study may contribute to the existing knowledge about behaviour design, and the product itself can be used by people themselves or as a basis for further research, design and development.
