Development of a Business Analysis System for a Banking Organization

Nowadays, companies are faced with the necessity of a reliable tool allowing to independently identify problems that need to be solved, as well as take measures to create the conditions for their sustainable development. One of such tools is business analysis. That is why development of a business analysis system is relevant in the contemporary world. Depending on the goals and objectives of the company, appropriate business processes are developed, the analysis and optimization of which allows the company to achieve the desired results. The research presents a study of the use of business analysis in modern banking organizations as a possible tool for solving issues of sustainable development of the organization. The problem statement of the work is to develop a business analysis system for a banking organization to increase its efficiency. To achieve it, a number of tasks have been formulated: to conduct a market review on the availability and use of business analytical solutions in companies, to study products and services of banking organizations and their business processes, to design an application for business analysis of the banking process using various types of diagrams.
