Analysis of Existing Automatic Personnel Selection Systems

For the last several years IT industry have become deeply rooted into our lives, alongside with loads of companies around the globe have been fiercely competing for the most talented and skilled employees. The vast part of firms has placed significant funds into development of hiring process because of the importance of human resource aspect of entrepreneurship. Besides that, some enterprises have faced the excessive number of employees doing the same work, which leads to higher expenditures and failures. That is why it is crucial to define the key features of employees’ efficiency and future potential in order to improve the personnel assessment systems, which this study aims at. First, the case will be observed within the HR management theories. Then there will be the analysis of various forecasts and the HR sphere itself carried out by analytic agencies. This paper will benefit existing research and approaches to employment process to eliminate possible risks of mistakes or carelessness of recruiters. This study consists of introduction, 3 chapters and conclusion.
