Efficiency and Ethics of the Social Credit System's Application in China

Since 2014 the Government of PRC is creating the Social Credit System- the framework for Government evaluation and sorting of all the parties based on their evaluation with the huge massives of undermined latent parameters. The additional value of this system is the opportunity of the “umbrella” simultaneous immediate reaction and immediate reflection of any of the actions of the evaluated partie towards the reputation of its face from the perspective of the clients, counteragents, partners, business environment, and other entities with the immediate transfer of any of the complaints to the score and, consequently, to the rating of the entity as of the subject of the society, its credibility, its consequent accessability to the ceratain types of relationships, etc. In 2002 the term Social Credit System was used for the first time. Jiang Zemin, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and PRC President proclaimed that China needs to strive for the organization of the market economy, and for direction of the structuration of economy introduction, establishment, and launch the social credit platforms, that would appear to be competitive with the tendencies of the movement towards the additional scoring of the all of the subjects of the different types of the relationships beyond the conventional financial performance (Zemin 2002).
