In the modern world, the issue of protecting animal rights is very acute. Many animals from the streets who fell into dysfunctional hands, lost ones, fall into the shelter. But how good are the conditions in modern Russian shelters? It was this question that made me study the situation more deeply. Some media compare Russian shelters with concentration camps. In this regard, I decided that it would be most informative to compare the CIS shelters with European ones, since the latter are included in the list of the best shelters in the world. Their care of the guests can be respected, and the presentation with which all this is done (architectural and technical solutions, zoning, attracting people) can give us an example in which direction to develop.
