Modelling and Analysis of the Process of the Accompaniment for Passengers with Special Needs

The theme “Modelling and analysis of the process of the accompaniment for passengers with special needs” was chosen because of the necessity to find a solution to the problem of the lack of the unified accompaniment process for public transport passengers with special needs. The main aim of the study is to create a theoretical basis of the process, that would be used as a foundation of further research of the accompaniment process for people with special needs. To achieve this goal, such methods as analysis, synthesis, object-oriented analysis, decomposition, abstraction, and modeling are used. The key result of the project is the analysis and representation of the model of the accompaniment process for passengers with special needs. In the study the process is presented as EPC diagram. The result of the research would be useful for transport companies operating in various regions. It would be used as a basis of further adaptation to their special requirements.
