Development of a Mobile Application for Auctions Based on Smart-Contracts

Student: Zernov Stepan

Supervisor: Vladimir Samodurov

Faculty: Graduate School of Business

Educational Programme: Business Informatics (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2020

In the final qualifying work (WRC), the process of creating an auction smart contract based on the Ethereum blockchain platform and writing a mobile application for it using the object-oriented programming language JAVA is considered. The developed smart contract and its mobile application allow conducting an auction without intermediaries, which significantly reduces its costs. Due to the presence of its own mobile app, the variability of lots in the smart contract auction has significantly increased. Our own mobile app also allows you to improve the interface and make the client's interaction with it more convenient and understandable. This work makes it more accessible for the user to interact with the smart contract.
