Business Process Modeling and Optimization in the Bank

This research will cover the subject of modeling and optimization of business processes in a bank through the introduction of information technologies, especially e-banking technologies. The study is aimed at finding out how e-banking technologies will influence the bank's operational work, whether an effective cost reduction will be achieved without losing clients, and whether the level of client orientation will change.
