The purpose of the study to examine the relationship between innovation investments, results and the productivity of companies based on a theoretical model incorporating both the analyzed parameters and characteristics of the company (size, age, region, sector of the economy, the share of private ownership, the presence of exports). Such research allows us to establish that R&D expenditures have a positive impact on the innovation activity of companies, and innovations have a positive impact on the productivity of companies.
