Startups are one of the key drivers of the modern economy. These innovative projects offer new product solutions to the markets, which ultimately contributes to even greater economic growth. Despite the high potential and positive impact, one of the main reasons for closing startups is the creation of a product that does not meet the needs of a market. Recently, a large number of methodologies, approaches and concepts have been developed to reduce the risk. One of these concepts is called Product/Market Fit. Scientists and practitioners refer to the state when a startup has developed a popular product and business model that can be scaled. This master's dissertation offers a new tool for measuring Product/Market Fit, which is based on the identification and analysis of product value metrics and strategic goals of a project.
