Legal Regulation of Collective Investment in European Law

The paper discusses the features of collective investment in European practice. The aim of the final qualification work is to study the features of the legal regulation of collective investments in the European legal system. The practical significance of the study consists in summarizing the current international law enforcement practice in matters of regulating the features of collective investment using the example of the European legal system. The results of the study may be of interest for further scientific research on economic integration and international investment in the European economy.
