Impact of CSR on Finance Performance

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and determine the dependence of the impact of corporate social responsibility tools on the financial performance of companies. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: - determine the nature and scope of social responsibility of pharmaceutical companies; - substantiate the methodological approach and tools for assessing the impact of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of companies; - analyze trends and the impact of social responsibility on companies ' financial performance; The research was based on the use of a systematic approach to the study of socio-economic phenomena, in particular, on the fundamental provisions of economic theory, methodology of economic analysis, and decision-making. The information base of the research is the data of financial and non-financial statements of pharmaceutical companies; Internet resources; monographic and periodical publications; the author's analytical calculations. The author's methodology for assessing the impact of corporate social responsibility on financial indicators has been developed. It is proposed to evaluate the integral indicator of corporate social responsibility of an enterprise by evaluating individual components of CSR. Financial, stakeholder relations, human resources, and innovation and investment components are selected as such components. Based on the developed methodology, the integral values of each component of corporate social responsibility were calculated, their weight coefficients were established, and the overall integral indicator of the company's CSR was determined.
