Survival and Default of IPO: Comparing Performances of Traditional Industries' Companies with Unicorns

В данной работе рассматривается открытый вопрос выживаемости IPO и влияния времени на вероятность дефолта. Используя непараметрические и параметрические инструменты, работа сравнивает новые высокотехнологичные и старые традиционные отрасли с точки зрения развития уровня выживания с течением времени. Статистический и регрессионный анализ позволил собрать набор прогностических факторов, в включая время до дефолта и прочие характерные для IPO показатели. На основе обширной выборки данная работа показывает распределение вероятностей дефолта. Со временем показатели риска уменьшаются, а функция дефолта сглаживается: вероятность дефолта уменьшается как для стартапов, так и для компаний традиционных отраслей.
