Key Mechanisms for Doing Successful Business with Chinese Partner on the Example of the Russian-Chinese Business Park

This research examines the specifics of business communication between Russia and China using the example of the Russian-Chinese Business Park (RCBP) business mediation project in the context of differences between Russian and Chinese business culture. Business communication is a key part of doing business, especially when it comes to interacting with people from a different culture. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: empirical analysis of existing research on the features of cultural and business communication with Chinese partners, as well as the characteristics of the business environment in Russia and China, personal experience of working practice in the RCBP and interviews with employees of the RCBP conducted by the author, is dedicated to describing the structure of the RCBP and examples of successful mediation projects. The study showed that such project, as the RCBP, contributes to a more successful launch of international business projects and opens up additional opportunities for Russian entrepreneurs to develop.
