Informal Employment of Youth in the Russian Labour Market

This paper is devoted to the study of the main directions of informal employment of youth in 2010-2018. An analysis of the structure and determinants of informal employment of young people will be carried out on the data of Federal Department of Statistics by assessing the model of multinomial logit, as well as ways to reward young informal workers. Knowledge of the impact of informal youth employment in the Russian labor market will provide a solid ground for applying certain strategies that should make youth employment more equitable and transparent.This paper is devoted to the study of the main directions of informal employment of youth in 2010-2018.
