Chinese women have made a huge contribution to the development of modern China. During these years, the state has contributed to increasing their role in society, as well as strengthening the foundations of women's development, achieving equality between the two sexes, and creating the necessary legal infrastructure. The All-China Federation of Women and the Committee on Neighborhood, Friendship and Cooperation of China has become a truly massive women's public organization, representing all ethnic groups and social layers of China.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
