Protection of the Rights of Participants of Construction Relations to the Object of Incompleted Construction

Construction activity is associated with a large amount of risks for all its participants. For the building developer-this is the refusal of banks to finance the project, violation of the maturity date and quality of work by the contractor organization, recognition of the construction object as an unauthorized construction(structure), loss of the right to use the land for construction. For the buyer of the future thing-a significant delay in the object commissioning, the bankruptcy of the property developer. Ways of protection of participants of construction relations to the object of incompleted construction are researched in work. The current practice of using methods of protection is analyzed and their proper or improper use is argued.
