Nowadays there is a high degree of competition in all areas of the economy. Proper risk management can minimize the occurrence of negative consequences and ensure the achievement of the planed result. The main problem in this paper is the absence of a consistent risk management system at IBS when implementing IT projects in public sector enterprises. It should be noted that projects for the government are often large-scaled and characterized by presence of specific risks. Prudent response to these risks allows to avoid project disruption. The IBS project activities analysis was carried out to solve the question mentioned above. This analysis consists in studying the list of IT projects for public sector enterprises which are provided by IBS. As a result key risk indicators which contribute to more effective risk management of IT projects implemented in the public sector were formed.
