Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Infocommunication Technologies and Systems (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 9

Year of Graduation: 2020

The final qualifying work is dedicated to the solution of such problems as the creation of methods for identification and verification of the foreign-made electronic-radio device parameters which intended to calculate the reliability of communication systems. The purpose of this work is to present the documentation in the form of techniques that enables engineers to reduce the time consumption when searching for structural and technological characteristics of elements for reliability design of corresponding equipment. To begin with, it was necessary to carry out an identifying process of the indicators, which are represented in mathematical models of 21 various classes and aimed to determine reliability for 1500 elements manufactured by foreign companies. The results are depicted in the format of an algorithm compiled on 34 sheets with the functional modeling standard IDEF0. The prospective consists in the supplement of the product with branches for 11 unaccounted classes, as well as the adaptation of the technique for domestic electronic component base. The volume of work is 122 pages (including 3 appendixes on 39 pages), contains 10 illustrations, 1 table and 14 literature sources where 7 of them are foreign.
