The Master's dissertation is devoted to the problems of regulation of student sports in Russia, the USA and European countries. In the Master's dissertation considers issues of state regulation, self-regulation, commercial regulation in the field of student sports. The Master's dissertation provides a comparative analysis of regulatory methods in various countries and draws conclusions on how developed student sport is in relation to professional sport in the countries selected for research.
