NGO’s as Actors of Public Diplomacy (Case of Russian-Chinese Tourism Promoting Association)

In recent years International Relations have witnessed many changes due to the continuing process of globalization, one of which is the growing involvement of non-state actors in the processes of international negotiations. The following research paper is dedicated to the study of NGOs’ involvement in the public diplomacy process in International Relations between Russia and China with the case study of the Russian-Chinese tourism promoting association. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a qualitative research with the use of normative analysis, participant observation and expert interviews.
