Security Payment Under the Russian Law

This thesis addressed to theoretical issues of the legal nature of the security payment in Russian law. The constitutive features of the security payment that allows to distinguish it from the related security structures has being examined in the thesis. Amongst other things, this thesis examines the banckruptcy issues of the security payment in a particular way. Furthermore, this thesis shows imperfection of the security payment when securing the performance of the fulfillment of derivatives.
