This study is aimed to identify the impact of Donald Trump's presidency on the American judicial and bureaucratic systems with the use of descriptive statistics and content analysis methods. The results of analysis demonstrate the influence of D. Trump’s presidency on the judicial system reflected in the appointment of ideologically compatible Supreme Court Justices and, consequently, the shift in the general direction of the Court’s decisions. Moreover, it is seen in the increased number of lawsuits initiated against the presidency and federal courts’ rulings not in favor of it. The influence on the bureaucratic system is reflected in a higher rate of staff turnover in the federal agencies under D. Trump’s presidency and increased budget cuts to them.
