Analysis of the Structure of Investments in Human Capital and their Influence on the Strategic Efficiency of the Company

This paper analyzes the impact of human capital components on the company's strategic performance. The feature of the study is the consideration of several components of human capital at once. The analysis is based on a sample of 22 Russian companies for the period 2015-2018. The main result of the study is a discovery of a positive impact of human capital components that reflect the health and motivation of the staff on the strategic performance of the firm.
