Consideration and Resolution of Individual Employment Dispute: Problems of Theory and Practice

The research work is devoted to problems of theory and practice that arise when considering and resolving individual labor disputes. The first chapter includes theoretical issues such as the concept of an individual labor dispute; conditions and causes of individual labor disputes; types of individual labor disputes, as well as the principles of consideration of individual labor disputes. The second chapter contains an analysis of the history of legal resolution of individual labor disputes in Russia; methods and procedures for the consideration of individual labor disputes provided for by Russian law and the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States. Based on the results of the studies, measures were proposed to improve the legal regulation of the procedures for the consideration and resolution of individual labor disputes.
