Criteria for Evaluating the Efficiency of IT Projects in Consulting Companies

Companies are increasingly investing in IT-projects, despite the high risks and high costs of such projects. Due to the growth of implementation of IT-projects, there is a need to assess the efficiency of such projects, so the topic of this study is relevant. The purpose of the master's thesis is to identify criteria for evaluating the efficiency of the implementation of an IT-project and then develop recommendations for improving and increasing the efficiency of the implementation of an IT-project by consulting companies. In accordance with this goal, the hypothesis is formulated that "there are a limited number of factors that have a determining influence on the efficiency of the implementation of an IT-project by a consulting company".
