In the era of universal digitalization using the Internet of things, new problems are emerging. So, the energy consumption of devices, the bandwidth of communications, the ability to process big data in real time comes to the fore. This paper presents a solution to these problems by creating a specialized vector processor that uses fixed-point data to process information in the immediate vicinity of their source. Development is carried out using modern tools: a hardware description language, a simulator for debugging architecture, object-oriented programming for system verification. The result of the work is a digital circuit that reflects all the features of the device architecture, special files that reflect the configuration of the FPGA, which is the element base for creating a computing device.
