The topic of individual labor disputes with athletes and coaches is currently relevant, since the field of sports law is a dynamically developing branch of legal science. The development of a new industry helps to detect a large number of gaps in the existing legislation, and to thoroughly study each issue. This paper reflects the experience of resolving these conflicts by foreign countries, as well as analyzes the decisions of Russian courts on labor disputes with athletes
