The purpose of present investigation is sum of principles on which a formulation of a bodily images are founded in David Cronenberg's works. These principles let us make a claim Cronennberg has a full functioning fundament for a philosophical reflexion about meaning of the essence and boundaries of human body. There are two principles: disease and sexuality. Both of them, although, are dymanic, which means their own meanings could migrate and overlap. The area of values of the disease: reshaping of boundaries of a human body, changing its agency, inventing new organs, removing differences between interior and exterior, mutations. The area of values of the sexuality: mixing technology with human body until there is no difference between them, isolation of death, by which I mean an attempt to show life where it ends, zone of discomfort and rejection of another's body, zone of addiction and zone of trespassing in surfaces. In view of foregoing following tasks were accomplished. I have analyzed configurations of the diseases and configurations of science and medicine in early Cronenberg's works(in «Shivers», «Rabid» and «The Brood»). I have shown how dynamics of contamination in an isolated society changes to dynamics of contamination in open space. I have described different strategies of Cronenberg's imagery of sexual transgression outside of imagery of sexual transgression which are subordinated to disease(in Videodrome, Dead Ringers and Crash). I have shown how Cronenberg uses his special bred groups of images of disease and sexuality in assembling more complex images of aging and creativity(The Fly, Naked Lunch). In the End of my work I provide an analysis of A history of Violence. Despite the fact that A history of Violence is considered as a moment of no return to Cronenberg's early works, I demonstrated that there is a one area of intersections of them: violence as a genetic disease. It is important to note that there are a lot of philosophers or author close to philosophy who investigates Cronenberg's works, and that makes himself a philosopher in a sense. This point of view is reaffired in Wilson's “The Politics of Insects”, Beard's “David Cronenberg: Artist or a Monster?”, Shaviro's “Cinematic Body”, Trigg's. “The Thing: Phenomenology of Horror”, Jameson's “Geopolitical Aesthetics” and a “The Philosophy of David Cronennberg”volume of different researchers, edited by Simone Riches
