Suicide is one of the leading causes of external death in the world. Every country suffers from people’s loos due to suicide in different extent. Russian reported numbers show the decrease of suicide rates while deaths classified as events of undetermined intent increse.World experience tells that there are suicides which are classified as events of undetermined intent. This work suggests two methods that creates minimum and maximum values to the range expected to include the real number of suicide. The most important advantage of this approach is the use of tabulations based in micro-level data that are not publicly available. Suicide deaths are calculated by mechanisms of suicide commitment. First method assumed the number of deaths classified as events of undetermined intent is equal to zero. And that death can be distributed according to mortality structure of the region. Second method choose the ideal region and claimed that suicide mortality of it is suitable for all subjects. Suggested methods have limitations and do not have significant results in a case of "rare" mechanisms of suicide commitment as the number of registered cases is extremelly low. For overcoming the difficulties some recommendations to further development is suggested.
