the thesis presents a study of the legal regulation of political party financing in Russia and foreign countries through comparative analysis, which substantiates the characteristics of the legal regulation of political party financing, reveals the main aspects of the legal regulation of political party financing, examines the features of public financing of political parties, analyzes The features of private financing of political parties in Russia, Germany, the United States and Canada, the grounds and procedure for the financial reporting of political parties are defined, as well as the specifics of the legal responsibility of political parties for violations of legislation on the financing of political parties are substantiated.
