In consequence of the analysis, the study formulated an integrated logistics approach that implies the formation of a logistics service in a company as a separate unit and the application of the concept of common logistics costs. At the end of the work an algorithm of actions to improve the integration of logistics functions for company executives is presented, which can be followed as recommendations for improving the functioning of the supply chain.
