This research is devoted to the problem of interaction of information intermediaries with copyright holders and users. The interaction mechanism is an out-of-court way to protect intellectual property rights. The legal uncertainty of the current interaction mechanism leads to a decrease in its effectiveness, and the lack of an out – of-court way to protect the rights of bona fide users leads to an imbalance.
