In this paper the analysis of radio frequency identification tags was carried out, the main characteristics and parameters of tag antennas were studied. The methods of passive RFID tag antennas calculation were given. The research and computer modeling of RFID tags manufactured on a flexible dielectric substrate for the range of 860-915 MHz have been carried out. The results of the modeling allowed to draw conclusions about the performance properties and bottlenecks of RFID tags and to determine the vector of further research in this area. The work contains 19 figures and 3 tables, the study used 18 sources.
